In an exciting move within adult social care, Prosperity Care and Wellbeing has merged with K2 Care to form a prominent disability and mental health care, and holistic therapy provider based in Gloucestershire.
This strategic merger marks a significant milestone in our remarkable growth journey and brings a fresh perspective to the world of specialist care for adults with disabilities and complex needs across the South West of England.
With a focus on strategic planning and exceptional leadership, we are now preparing to transition from a small, local provider to a medium sized enterprise operating across the South West, positioning ourselves for continued growth and further success in the health and social care sector.
Following the merger, our companies will work together operating as Prosperity Care and Wellbeing, building on the award-winning company’s success over the last three years.The merger of our organisations has led to increased financial investments to accelerate our ambitious growth plans, and open new horizons for quality care provision. Our combined business now delivering 4,500+ weekly care hours in the local community, with a projected 25% growth in the next year, with the expertise, capacity, and potential to expand services, offer expert care, and create exciting career prospects.
