Introducing Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Mental Health Support Services
We’re proud to share an exciting milestone in our journey: we are expanding into a second CQC registration: Prosperity Care and Wellbeing Mental Health Support Services.
This step reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred supported living and mental health support services in Gloucestershire for individuals living with mental health needs, and our belief that everyone deserves care that is tailored, compassionate, and empowering.
Expanding Mental Health Support Across Gloucestershire
While we have previously supported people with mental health needs, this new registration provides increased governance and oversight by regulatory bodies. This added layer of accountability strengthens our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care, ensuring our services remain safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of those we support.
This development is also part of our wider project to support sustainable, high-quality growth at Prosperity Care. Taking this step forward enables us to reach more people who need support in a more specialised and meaningful way, removing labels and providing truly personalised care.
What “bespoke support” means to us

At Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Mental Health Support Services, the word ‘bespoke’ is at the foundation of everything we do.
For us, bespoke support means taking the time to understand each individual properly. It means building care and support around the person, rather than expecting the person to fit into a fixed model of care.
Our mental health support services in Gloucestershire are designed to:
- Promote independence and confidence
- Support emotional wellbeing and resilience
- Encourage community engagement and social inclusion
- Reduce risk of hospital readmissions
- Provide practical, day-to-day assistance where needed
- Reduce restrictions including working with community mental health teams to reduce medication where clinically possible.
Whether someone requires structured support, supported living, or a more flexible community care approach, our team is committed to delivering care that adapts as needs change over time.
We understand that the right support can make a life-changing difference. That is why our services are built around dignity, trust, independence and meaningful outcomes.
A team built on compassion and expertise

Our staff are carefully selected not only for their professional experience, but for their empathy, understanding, and dedication to making a positive impact. We believe that strong, trusting relationships are at the heart of effective mental health support. The people we support deserve to feel listened to, respected and involved in decisions about their care.
Staff are supported through a full induction process, including personalised training for individual needs, and continual assessments of competencies. This helps us maintain high standards across our supported living, community care and mental health support services in Gloucestershire, while ensuring care remains personal to each individual.
Working with families, professionals and community partners
As we grow, we are keen to continue building strong relationships with families, care professionals, social workers, commissioners, community mental health teams, housing providers and local organisations across Gloucestershire.
We know that choosing the right support can feel overwhelming, especially for families exploring supported living options or planning future care. Our role is to listen, guide and work collaboratively so that each person receives the right support, in the right environment, at the right time.
We also welcome conversations with property professionals, housing associations and partner organisations who share our commitment to creating safe, suitable and bespoke homes for people with care and support needs.
Looking ahead
